Terms & Conditions (Product-Specific – Wedpage Wedding Websites)
1. Wedding Website Creation
By placing an order with Wedpage, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and final content (including names, dates, wording, images, and other details) via our Google Form or any other method requested.
Wedpage is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content supplied by the client.
2. Turnaround Time
Once all required information has been submitted in full and the required deposit has been received, Wedpage aims to complete the wedding website within 3–7 business days.
Delays in submitting information, feedback, approvals, or revision requests may result in extended delivery times.
3. Revisions
The standard wedding website package includes two (2) rounds of revisions.
A revision refers to reasonable content changes and corrections to existing sections.
Additional revisions or changes beyond the included rounds may be subject to an additional fee.
4. Portfolio, Branding & Marketing Use
By purchasing a wedding website from Wedpage, you grant permission for Wedpage to:
Display your completed website, screenshots, or excerpts for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes
Include a small banner, footer, or label indicating that the website is a Wedpage product
If you wish for your website to remain private or unbranded, this must be requested in writing before work begins and may be subject to an additional fee.
5. Payments
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required before any work commences.
The remaining balance is payable upon completion and before final delivery or publication of the website.
Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are not guaranteed once work has started.
6. Add-Ons & Optional Services
The base wedding website package is priced at R899 and includes the standard features as listed on the Wedpage website.
Optional add-ons are charged at R99 per add-on and will only be billed if selected and approved by the client.
Add-ons are optional and not included in the base package unless explicitly stated.
7. Refer-a-Friend Discount
Clients who successfully refer a friend to Wedpage will receive a 25% discount on the basic wedding website package.
The referred friend will also receive a 25% discount on the basic wedding website package.
Add-ons are not included in the discount
The discount applies only once the referred friend has confirmed and paid their deposit
Discounts may not be combined
A referred friend may not refer another client to receive an increased or cumulative discount
Wedpage reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time.
8. Form Submissions & Data Responsibility
RSVPs and other form submissions made through a Wedpage wedding website are collected via a wedpage Form and stored in a Google Sheet.
Access to this Google Sheet may be shared with the client at their request. Once access is granted, the client assumes responsibility for the management, sharing, editing, and safeguarding of the data.
Wedpage is not responsible for any loss, deletion, alteration, or unauthorised sharing of submission data that occurs due to:
Client access or edits
Sharing the Google Sheet or form with third parties (including venues, planners, or guests)
Changes to Google account permissions, settings, or linked services
While Wedpage takes reasonable care during setup and handover, ongoing data management and preservation remain the client’s responsibility. Clients are advised to regularly back up their submission data once access has been provided.
9. General
All services are subject to availability.
Wedpage reserves the right to update pricing, services, and these Terms & Conditions at any time.
By submitting an order form or making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
10. Website Hosting & Retention
Wedpage wedding websites are hosted for a maximum period of six (6) months from the date of publication, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In addition, the wedding website may be deleted thirty (30) days after the wedding date, even if the six-month hosting period has not yet expired.
It is the client’s responsibility to notify Wedpage in writing before the wedding date if extended access, archiving, or alternative arrangements are required. Extended hosting may be subject to an additional fee.
Wedpage is not responsible for loss of access, content, or data after the website has been deleted in accordance with this clause.
11. Limited-Time & Promotional Pricing
From time to time, Wedpage may offer wedding website packages or pricing at a reduced or promotional rate for a limited period.
To qualify for any discounted or promotional pricing:
The order must be submitted, and
The required deposit must be paid in full
before the stated end date of the promotion.
If the deposit is not paid before the promotion ends, the promotional offer will be deemed forfeited, and the standard pricing applicable at the time of payment will apply.
No promotional pricing will be honoured retrospectively once a promotion has ended.
12. Incomplete Orders & Offer Reservation
Clients may secure a limited-time or promotional offer by submitting an order and paying the required deposit within the promotional period.
However, website production will only commence once all required information has been submitted in full via the Wedpage form or as otherwise requested.
If required information is not submitted within 14 calendar days of deposit payment, the order will be classified as inactive.
Wedpage reserves the right to:
Pause the project until all information is received
Re-schedule the project based on availability at the time information is submitted
Apply the original promotional pricing only if production can reasonably be scheduled without disruption
If required information is not submitted within 60 calendar days of deposit payment, Wedpage may, at its discretion:
Cancel the order, or
Require re-confirmation of the project scope, delivery timeline, and applicable pricing
Deposits remain non-refundable in all cases..
